No Twitter tools for now… Month’s refund

Twitter have, for now, suspended our API access.

Don’t panic – this is normal for Twitter applications when they reach the popularity level of ScraperWiki.

It can take a couple of weeks to sort out – here’s an example thread of TraffUp going through it a while ago.

For that reason, I personally apologise to our customers, and today we’ll be refunding every self-service credit card customer with 1 month’s credit.

Meanwhile you can still (or start to!) use ScraperWiki to extract PDF tables. And the platform continues to work as normal for our data consulting customers.

Please email me if you have any questions.

I just signed up and started using your service – it was awesome. Really hope you can get it back soon.

Sadly we’re not able to bring these Twitter tools back.
